Summer is getting here and music as well. Please bring your berimbaus this evening for the class. We had an intensive berimbau session on Monday, and we'll keep working on it! Of course there will be movements as well.

Hi all

Capoeria is on was usual this wednesday! It's going to be gymnastastic! Hope to see as many of you there as can make it!

Capoeira this week

Capoeira classes are on as normal this week, continuing the focus on increasing fitness and flexibility!

Paul is teaching Monday and Wednesday, so hope to see you all there! Music practice will be starting at 1830 on Monday before the main class at 7.

New capoeira time table

Hello all,

Firstly, I'd like to point out that Paul is teaching this Monday, so please be there at the usual time. Secondly, we will be able to use the space on Wednesdays(usual time) - Richard will organise the keys :)

Hurray life is good again. And a big thanks to Paul and Richard for sorting this out.......this calls for a cake night!

We are afraid we won't be able to use the Romsey Mill Centre for the time being. Keep an eye on the website to check when the sessions resume!

However, Mondays from 7 to 9 pm and Saturdays from 11 to 1pm will keep going at Darwin
