Paul Sadot (Professor Tijolo) has been practicing Capoeira since 1988.
He began his training with London School Of Capoeira and went on to train under the guidance of Master Sombra and Associacao de Capoeira Senzala, Santos, Brasil.
He was one of the first two people to qualify as an instructor in the UK and in 1997, went on to establish ‘Capoeira Norte’, responsible for introducing Capoeira to thousands of people in the North of England, with centres in Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham.
Tijolo has taught throughout the UK and in many other countries including, Australia, Poland, Brasil, Singapore, USA, Kenya and France.
He has affiliated schools in Kenya, Poland and Wales.
He is also the manager and artistic director of Dance Offensive.
