We are a non-profit group sharing and learning Capoeira Angola. Classes are taught by Professor Tijolo (see below for bio and details). The group is part of Dance Offensive and is run as a community, everybody contributes!
Capoeira is a fusion of music, movement, acrobatics, freedom, expression and joy! Come and join! All levels welcome!

Regular classes (all levels):
8 classes (at any time): - £30 waged - £25 unwaged - free under 18 years old
Single Class: £5
All classes free to Dance Offensive Members
Beginners workshops
They are small classes dedicated to teaching the basic movements and principles of Capoeira Angola to enable students to join the regular classes with confidence. Students must attend both sessions.
Dates: 10th and 12th October 14th and 16th November 15th and 7th December 16th and 18th January
Venues: TBC- see maps below. Time: 7pm – 9pm
Price: £10 for both sessions.

Prof. Tijolo Bio
Paul Sadot (Professor Tijolo) has been practicing Capoeira since 1988.
He began his training with London School Of Capoeira and went on to train under the guidance of Master Sombra and Associacao de Capoeira Senzala, Santos, Brasil.
He was one of the first two people to qualify as an instructor in the UK and in 1997, went on to establish ‘Capoeira Norte’, responsible for introducing Capoeira to thousands of people in the North of England, with centres in Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham.
Tijolo has taught throughout the UK and in many other countries including, Australia, Poland, Brasil, Singapore, USA, Kenya and France.
He has affiliated schoolsin Kenya, Poland and Wales.
He is also the manager and artistic director of Dance Offensive.
